Softball Recap: Lakeside Comes Up Short

Lakeside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 8-3 to the White Hall Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in March.

Lakeside's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for White Hall, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8-1 record this season.

Lakeside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for White Hall, they will square off against Little Rock Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
