Sonora's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They won by a set and slipped past the Hughson Huskies 3-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2019.

Hughson is facing Orestimba at the right time seeing as Orestimba is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
