Baseball Recap: Reagan County Takes a Loss

Reagan County came into this matchup off a tough nine-run loss last Friday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Fort Stockton Panthers by a score of 5-3 on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Owls in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost four in a row.

Reagan County's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Fort Stockton, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Reagan County will take on McCamey at 5:00 p.m. on March 18th. As for Fort Stockton, they are taking a road trip to square off against Presidio at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
