Football Preview: Jackson North Side Indians vs. Dyersburg Trojans        
        
		
             The Jackson North Side Indians are taking a road trip to  square off against the Dyersburg Trojans  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both  are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
 Jackson North Side will bounce into Friday's   match after  beating Hardin County, who they hadn't topped in nine consecutive meetings. Jackson North Side blew past Hardin County, posting  a  42-7 victory on the road. Winning may never get old, but the Indians sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
  Quinn Jenkins was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 80 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, while also throwing for 87 yards and a touchdown. The dominant performance gave  him a new career-high in  rushing yards.  Javonte Smith was another key player, picking up 123 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 Meanwhile, Dyersburg won against Bolivar Central  last Friday with 38  points and they decided to stick to that  point total again  on Friday. Dyersburg claimed a resounding  38-6 win over McNairy Central on the road. With the Trojans ahead  28-0 at the half, the  game was all but over already.
 Jackson North Side's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Dyersburg,  the  win made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 3-2.
 Jackson North Side came up short against Dyersburg in their previous meeting  back in September of 2023, falling  21-13. Can Jackson North Side avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
