AJ McPherson posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, McPherson and Lindale will square off against Canton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. McPherson had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their match back in March 17-3.
