Basketball Recap: Dickson Academy Comes Up Short

Dickson Academy was the 93-81 winner over Franklin Classical School when they last played one another last Thursday, but their luck changed this time around. The Falcons fell 74-66 to the Knights on Tuesday.

Dickson Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Franklin Classical School, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dickson Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lighthouse Christian at 7:30 p.m. on January 22, 2026. As for Franklin Classical School, they will be playing at home against Life Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
