Volleyball Recap: Bronx High School of Science Falls Short Against Ranked John Jay

Bronx High School of Science faced John Jay in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Wolverines fell 2-0 to the Wolves. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Wolverines were not able to get on the board.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bronx High School of Science fell to 12-1. As for John Jay, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.

Bronx High School of Science does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for John Jay, they have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Brooklyn Technical on the 17th.
