After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Lexington, Scottsbluff was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Gering Bulldogs with a sharp 8-0 win. Gabe Hernandez Limon was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The victory snapped Scottsbluff's losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 5-6 record. As for Gering, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, Scottsbluff will welcome Torrington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gering, they will challenge Holdrege at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th.
