Volleyball Recap: Rush City Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Rush City, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted since October 10, 2024.

Rush City's victory bumped their record up to 13-2. As for Wadena-Deer Creek, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-4.

Coincidentally, Rush City and Wadena-Deer Creek will both be playing Concordia Academy the next time they take the court. The Tigers will head out to face the Beacons at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Wolverines will play them later in the day, at 12:00 p.m.
