Volleyball Recap: Saraland Takes Down Ranked Vestavia Hills

Saraland faced Vestavia Hills in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Spartans walked away with a 2-0 win over the Rebels. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 back in August.

Saraland's victory bumped their record up to 30-6. As for Vestavia Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 21-10.

Saraland has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against McGill-Toolen on the 11th. As for Vestavia Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Hewitt-Trussville on the 16th.
