Basketball Recap: Shell Lake's Loss Ends Seven-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Shell Lake suffered their closest defeat since December 5, 2023 on Friday. They fell just short of the Webster Tigers by a score of 64-62. The Lakers were probably out for revenge after losing 61-53 to them when the teams met back in February of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Shell Lake's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 8-4. As for Webster, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shell Lake will venture away from home to challenge Turtle Lake at 7:15 p.m. on January 24th. As for Webster, they will head out to face off against Siren at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
