Baseball Recap: De Anza Dons vs. Saint Mary's Panthers
De Anza's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Saint Mary's Panthers 7-6. The game was the first time the Dons have beaten the Panthers on their field since March 1, 2022.
Ty Willson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Willson was also stellar in the batter's box, getting on base in four of his five plate appearances with one home run, one stolen base, and one double.
