Baseball Recap: Brandon Takes a Loss

Brandon lost against East Bay back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Brandon Eagles came up short against the East Bay Indians, falling 13-2. The Eagles just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Brandon saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Charles Revi Rodriguez, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI. Joemiis Stroman also deserves some recognition as he got his first hits of the season.

Brandon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for East Bay, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Brandon will face off against Bloomingdale at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Bloomingdale will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Brandon surely won't give up without a fight. As for East Bay, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Plant City at 7:00 p.m. The last three games Plant City has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
