After a string of five wins, Northlake Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 69-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (56), the Wolverines still had to take the loss.

Northlake Christian's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 15-11. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, the win got them back to even at 9-9.

Northlake Christian will face off against E.D. White at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Thomas Aquinas, they will head out on the road to challenge Kentwood at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
