Baseball Recap: Durand-Arkansaw Takes a Loss

After flying high against Cadott on Tuesday, Durand-Arkansaw came back down to earth. The Panthers lost 10-1 to the Auburndale Apaches on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered since April 22nd.

With the defeat, Durand-Arkansaw broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-9. As for Auburndale, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-8.

Durand-Arkansaw does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Auburndale, they will face off against Osseo-Fairchild on Tuesday. The Thunder will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Apaches surely won't give up without a fight.
