Baseball Recap: St. Patrick Takes a Loss

St. Patrick suffered their biggest loss since March 16, 2024 on Saturday. They lost 11-4 to the Baker Hornets. The Fighting Irish have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Andrew Lowery was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That hit was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ayden Le, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

St. Patrick's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Baker, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-6.

Looking ahead, St. Patrick will venture away from home to square off against Resurrection Catholic at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. We've got a battle between Hornets coming up.
