Baseball Game Preview: Pallotti Panthers vs. Indian Creek Eagles

The Pallotti Panthers will face off against the Indian Creek Eagles at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Pallotti's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Indian Creek has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.

Pallotti came up short against Western Tech & Environmental Science on Thursday, falling 15-8.

Jerry Stanislaus and Gus Chackmakian-Lodge did some serious damage despite the final result: Stanislaus went 3-for-4 with five RBI and one double, while Chackmakian-Lodge went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. Chackmakian-Lodge is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Steven Buckner, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Meanwhile, Indian Creek fell victim to St. Paul's and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They lost 12-0 to the Crusaders.

Indian Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Pallotti, their loss dropped their record down to 7-9.
