The Kearny Komets are taking a road trip to challenge the West Hills Wolf Pack at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Kearny will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Last Friday, Kearny didn't have too much trouble with Canyon Hills as they won 56-41.

Brodie Stump was his usual excellent self, throwing for 481 yards and six touchdowns while picking up 10.7 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 36 yards. He has been hot recently, having posted four or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played. 100 of Stump's passing yards were hauled in by Jayvon Peterson.

West Hills never got on the board in their matchup two weeks ago, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Santana last Friday. They strolled past the Sultans with points to spare, taking the game 38-20. The Wolf Pack's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

West Hills was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 275 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2023.

Kearny's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-3. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points per game. As for West Hills, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-5.
