Horn extended their winning streak to five on Thursday, bumping them up to 6-2. Everything went their way against the North Garland Raiders as they made off with a 10-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Jaguars, who have now won three games by eight runs or more so far this season.

As for North Garland, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly nine runs.

For North Garland's part, they saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raul Puente, who went 1-for-2 with one triple.

Looking ahead, Horn is taking a road trip to take on Aubrey at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for North Garland, they will take on Independence in a tournament on Friday.
