Volleyball Recap: Flasher Starts Season with Win on the Road

Flasher had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Mott-Regent Wildfire 3-0 on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their matchups with the Wildfire: they've now won seven in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-17, 25-10.

Flasher can attribute much of their success to Jocelyn Rossow, who had eight assists and four aces. Those four aces gave Rossow a new career-high.

Mott-Regent's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Flasher will take on Glen Ullin/Hebron at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. After both having extra time off, Mott-Regent and Beach will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on the 11th.
