Basketball Game Preview: Tyee Titans vs. Granite Falls Tigers

The Tyee Titans will head out on the road to face off against the Granite Falls Tigers at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.

Tyee is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 60 points on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Lindbergh on Friday. They took a blow against the Eagles, falling 68-18. The Titans haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Meanwhile, on FridayUniversity Prep kept up with Granite Falls until halftime, but afterwards: not so much. Granite Falls put the hurt on University Prep with a sharp 59-35 win. Winning may never get old, but the Tigers sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Tyee's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Granite Falls, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-6.
