Softball Recap: Van-Far Indians vs. Valley Park Hawks
On Thursday, the Van-Far Indians came up short against the Valley Park Hawks and fell 10-6. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Elliott Utterback was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 2-for-3. What's more, she also racked up no strikeouts, the fewestshe's had since back in September. Another player making a difference was Kayla Heaton, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.
Van-Far's loss dropped their record down to 4-19. As for Valley Park, their record now sits at 7-11-1.
As of now, neither Van-Far nor Valley Park have any future games scheduled.
