Mogollon extended their winning streak to three on Monday, bumping them up to 3-0. They put the hurt on the Seligman Antelopes with a sharp 67-44 win. The Mustangs pushed the score to 50-25 by the end of the third, a deficit the Antelopes cut but never quite recovered from.

Mogollon had a senior duo take command as Gavin Owens almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds and Quinn Tenney posted ten points and eight boards. Miles Martineau was another key player, putting up nine rebounds and four steals.

As for Seligman, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1. The loss put an end to their undefeated start to the season.

Despite the defeat, Seligman saw an underclassman step up: freshman Vincent Heptner had 15 points and three steals.

Coming up, Mogollon won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Round Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Seligman, they will square off against BASIS Flagstaff at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
