Basketball Recap: Crescent Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Crescent can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Quilcene Rangers by a score of 20-12. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Loggers also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Crescent's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-4. As for Quilcene, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.

After both having extra time off, Crescent and Oakville will dust off their jerseys to take on one another at 2:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Quilcene, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rainier Christian at 5:30 p.m. on January 8, 2025.
