It was a good run, but Three Rivers unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-match winning streak on Tuesday. They came up short against the Gull Lake Blue Devils, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wildcats have suffered since October 9th.

Three Rivers took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 26-24.

Three Rivers' loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Leah Kane, who had 13 digs and one assist, and Peyton Roberts, who had seven digs and three aces.

Three Rivers' defeat dropped their record down to 25-11-3. As for Gull Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-13 record this season.

Three Rivers has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Portage Northern on the 21st. As for Gull Lake, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-2 loss against Vicksburg on the 21st.
