Softball Recap: Warren Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Warren's offense. They came up short against the Fort LeBoeuf Bison on Thursday, falling 14-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Dragons of the 14-5 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

Warren's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-1. As for Fort LeBoeuf, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Warren will host McDowell at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Dragons' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 6.5 runs per game this season. As for Fort LeBoeuf, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Jamestown at 4:00 p.m.
