Volleyball Recap: Southridge Comes Up Short

Southridge lost against Homestead back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Spartans took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Broncos. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 16-25, 25-22, 25-18.

Southridge's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Homestead, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-7.

Southridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against North Miami on the 8th. As for Homestead, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Ransom Everglades on the 8th.
