Volleyball Recap: Flint Hills Christian Comes Up Short

Flint Hills Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Sunrise Christian Academy Buffaloes, falling 3-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

While Flint Hills Christian ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21, 25-17.

Flint Hills Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-15. As for Sunrise Christian Academy, their win ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10-1.

Looking ahead, Flint Hills Christian will face off against Rural Vista [Hope/White City] at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sunrise Christian Academy, they are taking a road trip to square off against Argonia on Tuesday.
