Basketball Recap: Westside Skates Past Belton-Honea Path with Ease

A well-balanced attack led Westside over Belton-Honea Path in every quarter on their way to victory on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Rams blew the Bears out of the water with an 89-55 final score. With the Rams ahead 47-15 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Westside's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Dee Davis, who shot 83% from the field on his way to 24 points. The matchup was Davis' third in a row with at least 18 points. Braylon Williams was another key player, going 8-for-13 en route to 18 points and eight rebounds.

Westside was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

The win made it two in a row for Westside and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
