Loveland hit Northmont with a four-run third inning on Thursday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Thunderbolts fell 6-2 to the Tigers. The Thunderbolts' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Northmont saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Chase Fuduloff, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Northmont's loss dropped their record down to 14-13-1. As for Loveland, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record this season.

While Northmont had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
