After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Edison, Yosemite was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They blew past the Firebaugh Eagles 14-3. The high-scoring effort was just what the Badgers needed considering they were shut out in their previous contest.

Natalie Misa was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one double. Those two hits gave her a new career-high. Erin Norris was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.

The win got Yosemite back to even at 1-1. As for Firebaugh, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Yosemite has already played their next game (against Caruthers), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Firebaugh also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Madera South.
