Baseball Recap: Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences Comes Up Short

Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the East Hamilton Hurricanes.

Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences' record now sits at 9-15. As for East Hamilton, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 14-15.

Coming up, Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences will be playing in front of their home fans against Brainerd at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 18.9 runs per game on average), something the Patriots will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for East Hamilton, they will be taking part in a tournament against Signal Mountain at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.
