Basketball Recap: Camden Comes Up Short

Camden and South Jefferson squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Camden had to settle for second. They took a 55-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the South Jefferson Spartans. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 431st, while the Spartans are ranked 86th).

Camden's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for South Jefferson, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-3.

As of now, neither Camden nor South Jefferson have any future games scheduled.
