After a string of three wins, Conway's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Oviedo Lions by a score of 2-1.

Olivia Drew paced Conway's offense, picking up ten kills. Drew got some help from Madeline Green and her eight assists.

Conway's loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Oviedo, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-4.

Conway wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Porter-Gaud on the 27th. As for Oviedo, they have also already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against South Florence on the 27th.
