The biggest upset of the week belonged to Mather, who took down 498th ranked Lincoln Park, 34-14.
Foreman extended the longest winning streak in Chicago Public - Big Shoulders this week by beating Taft, 7-6. The win marks seventh in a row for the the Hornets.
The Eagles' dynamic duo of Samer Zabadneh and Jonathan Figueroa proved tough for Foreman to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Zabadneh threw for 51 yards and Figueroa had 31 yards receiving. Nick Johnson helped Taft's passing attack out by catching two balls for 18 yards.
Michael Harris was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 13 carries, he ran for 134 yards as Steinmetz lost to Peter Grazzini's team. Teammate Dominic Masciopinto added to the ground attack by rushing for 74 yards.
Thanks to the talents of Zabadneh and James Liss Matt Walsh's team has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Zabadneh leads the league in passing with 708 yards, while Liss has rushed for 914 yards this season. The Hornets' Michael Hill leads the league in receiving yards with 462 on 16 catches.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Silver Streaks take on Foreman. At the moment, Steinmetz is in third, while the Hornets are in second.
Foreman and the Eagles played the most hotly contested game in Chicago Public - Big Shoulders this week, with Foreman eventually emerging with a 7-6 victory.
