Baseball Recap: Rejoice Christian's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

Rejoice Christian made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Porter, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Rejoice Christian Eagles were the clear victor by a 10-1 margin over the Porter Pirates on Saturday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Eagles as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Caleb Hall, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4. Those runs marked the first that he scored this season. Another player making a difference was Walker Sanders, who scored a run while going 3-for-3.

Rejoice Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .607. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matches.
