Basketball Recap: Oakley Takes Down Wilder in a Playoff Battle

Oakley had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They claimed a resounding 59-12 win over the Wilder Wildcats. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 games by 22 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Oakley's third in a row) raised their record to 22-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.0 points over those games. As for Wilder, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-4.

As of now, neither Oakley nor Wilder have any future games scheduled.
