National Junior of the Year Paolo Banchero leads experienced Fighting Irish squad.

No. 16 O'Dea (Seattle) features a senior-laden roster led by reigning MaxPreps National Junior of the Year Paolo Banchero. In addition to the Duke commit, the Fighting Irish return nine of their top 10 contributors, including each of their top four scorers.

Banchero will be the focal point for O'Dea, but key contributors from last season include fellow big man Max Debiec and an experienced group of guards headlined by John Christofilis, Jermaine Davis, Jaylon Ellis and Dezjay Perkins.

The Evergreen State is scheduled to begin play in early January, but uncertainty remains as COVID-19 concerns continue to shadow the return of West Coast high school sports.

Because of the coronavirus concerns, O'Dea faces scheduling limitations with two non-league games permitted due to state association restrictions.

The Fighting Irish finished 23-6 last season, falling short of a state title repeat after losing 69-44 to Garfield in the championship game.
