Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Wheatley walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Connally Cadets on Monday as they made off with an 88-62 win. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 20 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Wheatley's 11th in a row) raised their record to 25-7. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.5 points. As for Connally, their loss dropped their record down to 21-14.

Wheatley will have a chance to go back-to-back against Connally: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
