Volleyball Recap: Thornton Comes Up Short

Thornton lost against Stargate School back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Trojans lost 3-0 to the Eagles. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-11, 25-6.

Thornton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Stargate School, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 16-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thornton will host Aurora Central at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Stargate School, they will face off against Forge Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
