Basketball Game Preview: Corbin Redhounds vs. Bell County Bobcats

The Corbin Redhounds will challenge the Bell County Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Corbin is headed into Thursday's contest hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight losses. They were outmatched by Harlan and fell 74-32.

Meanwhile, Bell County suffered their biggest defeat since January 8th on Tuesday. They lost 51-31 to Whitley County. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the Bobcats' biggest loss of the season was also their lowest-scoring.

Corbin's loss dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Bell County, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 14-7.

Everything went Corbin's way against Bell County when the teams last played back in January, as Corbin made off with an 83-57 victory. Will Corbin repeat their success, or does Bell County have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
