Baseball Recap: Tumwater Now 13-2 over Last 15 Games

Tumwater won against Shelton last Thursday with nine runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Thunderbirds walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Ridgefield Spudders. The Thunderbirds have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Spudders, too.

Tumwater has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 13 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.1 runs on average over those games. As for Ridgefield, their loss dropped their record down to 14-11.

As of now, neither Tumwater nor the Spudders have any future games scheduled.
