Charlottesville hasn't had much luck against Louisa County recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Black Knights will look to defend their home field against the Lions at 6:30 p.m. Charlottesville is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.5 runs per game this season.

On Monday, Charlottesville didn't have quite enough to beat Waynesboro and fell 8-7.

Meanwhile, Louisa County got themselves on the board against Orange County on Thursday, but Orange County never followed suit. They came out on top against the Fighting Hornets by a score of 4-0. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Fighting Hornets: they've now won eight in a row.

Charlottesville's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Louisa County, the win got them back to even at 7-7.
