If San Antonio Christian wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Geneva, they should've done a better job of containing Sopris Oglesby. The Eagles came out on top against the Lions by a score of 38-29 on Saturday thanks in part to Oglesby, who almost dropped a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds. She is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down nine or more in each of the last three games she's played.

The victory made it two in a row for Geneva and bumps their season record up to 2-10. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 55 points in those games. As for San Antonio Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season.

Geneva will be playing at home against John Paul II at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Eagles' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for San Antonio Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against St. Anthony at 5:00 p.m. The Lions will be up against the Yellowjackets' rather soft defense (which has allowed 52.8 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
