Basketball Recap: Socastee Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Socastee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 75-62 to the Stall Warriors.

Stall's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Austin Clark led the charge by putting up 24 points. Those 24 points gave Clark a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Jeremie Jean, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds.

Socastee's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Stall, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Socastee will take on Ashley Ridge in a holiday battle at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Stall and Colleton County will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
