Clay had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Columbia Tigers on Saturday. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but the Blue Devils were the better team in the second half.

Clay's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-2-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those seven contests. As for Columbia, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-4-3.

Clay will square off against Fleming Island at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Fleming Island will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Clay surely won't give up without a fight. Columbia does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
