Basketball Game Preview: Fairfield Mules vs. Flora Wolves

Fairfield is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Flora Wolves at 7:00 p.m. Fairfield has given up an average of 53.2 points per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Fairfield ended up a good deal behind Waltonville and lost 62-48. The Mules haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, after only 29 points in their last game, Flora made sure to put some points up on the board against Hillsboro on Friday. The Wolves took down the Hiltoppers 57-40.

Fairfield now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Flora, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Fairfield was able to grind out a solid victory over Flora in their previous meeting back in February, winning 46-34. Do the Mules have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolves turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
