Football Recap: Rocky Bayou Christian Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for Rocky Bayou Christian's offense. They lost 22-0 to the Eagle's View Warriors on Friday. The Knights' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Ethan Garland continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Eagle's View, rushing for 130 yards and two scores on only nine carries, while also catching one TD. Garland's longest rush was for an impressive 53 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.

Rocky Bayou Christian's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Eagle's View, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rocky Bayou Christian will venture away from home to challenge Aucilla Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Eagle's View, they will head out to face off against Hilliard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
