It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Lake Buena Vista had no problem doing just that on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Innovation Bulls as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Vipers, who have now won four contests in a row.

Despite the defeat, Innovation saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Santiago Perez had 15 digs.

Lake Buena Vista's victory bumped their record up to 11-13. As for Innovation, they moved to 11-12 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Lake Buena Vista will host Lyman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Innovation, they will venture away from home to face off against Lake Howell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Silverhawks will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Bulls surely won't give up without a fight.
