Kingston hadn't done well against Monroe-Woodbury recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Tigers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 victory over the Crusaders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in September.

The win made it two in a row for Kingston and bumps their season record up to 5-8. As for Monroe-Woodbury, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-10.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kingston will face off against Valley Central at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Monroe-Woodbury, they will challenge Pine Bush at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
